The 2011 Maine prehospital treatment protocols (effective 12/1/2011) are issued by the Medical Directions and Practice Board and govern the practice of Emergency Medical Services licensees by the authority of 32 MRSA Ch 2-B.This free Maine EMS Android application was created with the approval of Maine EMS. The print files used for the protocol handbooks were imported into this application and are displayed on your Android device using public domain PDF viewer software (APV PDF Viewer, under GNU GPL 3). Menu-ing and color-coding were kept consistent with the printed booklet version of the protocols.These protocols should be used only as intended and only by qualified prehospital EMS personnel. The application developers are not responsible for any typographical errors, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of use of this application.
